We are thrilled to announce that Mark Rank will be joining Cirrus Identity full-time. Mark is a veteran of higher ed identity, having spent many years at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee wrangling enterprise data and identity management systems. He left UWM to join the identity management team at UCSF, and most recently has served as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente. Mark will serve as Cirrus Identity's Director of Product and Customer Success. There are so many hats Mark can wear, and the startup life will give him the chance to sport them all :-). Mark will officially join at the end of October, and will be attending both the Internet2 Technology Exchange and EDUCAUSE with the Cirrus Identity team.

Cirrus Identity has been busy expanding our suite of services, and we are proud to announce our new Guest Management package. This packages combines social identity login (with our familiar social-to-saml gateway), a stand-alone external identity provider (branded with your campus look and feel) for users who don't want to use social login, our invitation service, an account linking service, an identity provider proxy, and APIs to integrate with your enterprise identity systems. Together, these services enhance the user experience for guests trying to gain online access at universities.

The growing need for campuses to simplify guest access to online services hasn’t been met with a viable solution, until now.
